We are proud to introduce our custom competition, 17' mobile barbeque and smoking trailer, the Iron Imu. Our unique trailer is equipped with the finest in wood and charcoal burning smokers and grills, and a butane burner which provides a range of options from frying wontons to preparing pasta. The Iron Imu's mobile design adds a special flare to any party, allowing guests to be entertained by its presence and satisfied by the delicious fare served "hot off the grill".

The Iron Imu can be hired for a variety of functions, from the full service of a completely catered party, to just the rental of the trailer itself. We will deliver the Iron Imu to your location, and you choose to be the pit master, or let us do all the work.
